Julia Rose McCoy has been an associate attorney with The Spivak Law Firm since 2025. She obtained a Bachelor's degree in Global Studies from Long Island University Global College in 2019 and her Juris Doctor degree from University of California College of the Law (UC Law, formerly UC Hastings) in 2024. While attending law school, Ms. McCoy served in the UC Law Center for Social Justice's Individual Representation Clinic as a student advocate, representing her own clients in expungement proceedings while under attorney supervision. She represents California employees on a wide variety of labor and employment cases and is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association.
